for the provision of access to the “E-JS INVEST” mobile application
(edition dated September “06”, 2026)
Tashkent
Effective date: September 6, 2026
“BIZNES GRAND TEXTILE” Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”), registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and being the owner and operator of the “E-JS INVEST” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), publishes this document, which constitutes an official public offer, addressed to an unlimited number of legally capable individuals, to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below.
The performance by a person who has read this Offer of the actions provided for in Section 4 of this Agreement (including completing registration in the Application and ticking the box indicating consent) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer and all of its terms, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on public offers and acceptance.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer” the “Agreement”) sets out the terms on which “BIZNES GRAND TEXTILE” Limited Liability Company (Republic of Uzbekistan) (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”) provides individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) with access to the functionality of the “E-JS INVEST” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”, the “Platform”). The Application exists exclusively as a mobile application for mobile devices.
1.2. The Application is a digital enlightenment (educational) product created to improve Users’ financial literacy and practical trading skills. The Application provides access to: (a) e-books and other materials on the theory and practice of financial markets – the securities (equities) market, the crypto-asset market, the precious metals market, and other exchange-traded instruments (hereinafter referred to as the “Books”); and (b) a sequential proprietary course consisting of 20 (twenty) thematic modules covering the key concepts and strategies of trading (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”), the list of which is set out in Annex No. 1 to this Offer.
1.3. The Application is exclusively informational and educational in nature. The Application IS NOT a trading, brokerage, dealing, or forex-dealing platform or an exchange; it does not provide access to entering into transactions in financial instruments, crypto-assets, or other assets; it does not accept, hold, or transfer the User’s funds or assets for the purpose of carrying out trading operations; and it does not provide individual investment advisory services. No trading operations whatsoever may be carried out through the Application – the functionality of the Application is limited to studying the Books, completing the Course, and the other features expressly listed in Section 6 of this Offer.
1.4. Any trading operations that the User may carry out on their own initiative after reviewing the materials of the Application are carried out by the User independently, voluntarily, and entirely outside the Application – through the infrastructure of independent third parties (brokers) with whom the Licensor has no agency, guarantee, or joint-liability relationship in respect of the User’s transactions.
1.5. Terms used in this Offer with a capital letter have the meanings defined in Section 2 of this Agreement, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
1.6. The Licensor’s activity of providing Users with access to the Books and the Course constitutes an enlightenment activity within the meaning of Article 14¹ of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and the Regulation on the Procedure for Carrying Out Enlightenment Activity, approved by Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 11, 2025. The said activity is carried out by the Licensor, as a legal entity, on the basis of this electronic (written) agreement with the User, and does not constitute the implementation of state educational standards; it is not accompanied by the issuance of state-format education (qualification) documents, and therefore does not require a license.

Support Service – the section of the Application and/or other communication channels determined by the Licensor through which the User may contact the Licensor.
Personal Data – any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (the User).
3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE OFFER
3.1. Under this Agreement, the Licensor grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) right to use the functionality of the Application, including access to the Books and the Course, to the extent and for the period determined by the Subscription plan selected by the User, and the User undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and other documents governing use of the Application, as well as to make timely payment in the manner and amount established by Section 8 of this Offer.
3.2. The subject matter of this Agreement IS NOT:
- the provision to the User of trust (fiduciary) asset management services;
- the provision of individual investment recommendations in respect of specific transactions of a specific User;
- any guarantee of a financial result (income) from the use of the materials of the Application or from the User’s carrying out of trading operations through the Partner Broker.
3.3. The Licensor is entitled, at its own discretion, to engage third parties (subcontractors, technical partners, providers of payment, cloud, analytical, or other services) to perform its obligations under this Agreement, without the need to obtain the User’s additional consent, while remaining liable to the User for the proper performance of the Agreement as a whole.
4. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT (REGISTRATION AND AUTHORIZATION)
4.1. Upon first launching the Application, a person intending to become a User selects the interface language from among those available (English, Uzbek, Russian, Turkish).
4.2. Registration in the Application is carried out by providing a mobile phone number or an e-mail address, to which a one-time verification code is sent, as well as by completing the other mandatory fields of the registration form determined by the functionality of the Application. In particular, where required as a mandatory condition by the functionality of the Application, the User must also provide, upon registration, their surname and first name and/or a nickname (display name) under which they will appear in the Application. Registration is deemed complete once the User has entered the correct verification code and completed all mandatory fields of the registration form, after which the User is automatically assigned a unique identification number (ID) in the manner provided for in clause 6.11 of this Offer.
4.3. A mandatory condition for completing registration is that the User tick a box (checkbox) indicating full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Offer and the Personal Data Processing Policy. In the absence of such a tick, registration in the Application is not possible, and the Agreement shall not be deemed concluded.
4.4. In addition to the method specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer, initial registration in the Application may also be carried out by means of authorization through an Apple ID and/or Google account, where such option is technically supported by the functionality of the Application at the time of registration. A previously registered User signs in to their Account using a login and password or, at the User’s option, by means of authorization through an Apple ID and/or Google account.
4.5. Single-device restriction. The User’s Account may be authorized and active on ONLY one device at a time, regardless of the type of operating system (iOS, Android, etc.). Where the User successfully signs in to the Account from a new device, the active session of that Account on the previous device is automatically and immediately terminated (the User is forcibly signed out of the Account on the previous device), and that previous device is PERMANENTLY deprived of the ability to sign in to that Account again.
4.6. A User who has been previously signed out of their Account as a result of signing in from a new device, in the manner provided for in clause 4.5 of this Offer, is notified of this by a corresponding message when attempting to further use the Application from that (now inactive) device. This mechanism is intended to prevent the simultaneous use of a single Account by several persons and/or on several devices, and constitutes a material condition for using the Application, to which the User agrees upon registration.
4.7. From the moment the actions specified in clauses 4.2–4.3 of this Offer are performed (or from the moment registration through Apple ID/Google is completed under clause 4.4 and the tick indicating consent is made under clause 4.3), the Agreement shall be deemed concluded between the Licensor and the User on the terms of this Offer.
5. SECURITY OF THE ACCOUNT (PROFILE)
5.1. The User is responsible for the security of their Account, including their login credentials and/or password, and must properly end (close) the active session of use of the Application on the mobile device used, where this does not occur automatically. Since the Application is exclusively a mobile application, use of the Account is only possible through the “E-JS INVEST” mobile application installed on the User’s device.
5.2. Where the User discloses information about their Account to third parties, the User shall bear full liability for any losses and other consequences of such actions.
5.3. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the User bears sole and independent liability for all actions carried out using their Account, as well as for the consequences thereof (including, without limitation: unauthorized payments and withdrawals, disclosure of confidential information, infringement of third-party rights, and use of the Account for unlawful purposes), regardless of whether such actions caused damage to the User themselves, the Licensor, or third parties.
5.4. The User must promptly notify the Licensor, through the Application, upon discovering unauthorized use of their Account or any other situation that could lead to its theft or loss. Upon receiving such notice, the Licensor is entitled to temporarily block the User’s Account for up to 72 (seventy-two) hours for the purpose of investigating the circumstances.
5.5. The Account may be used solely by the User and may not be transferred to third parties. The User undertakes to:
a) maintain the confidentiality of their Account data and not disclose it to third parties;
b) keep the sign-in verification code for their Account secret;
c) not provide Account access data to other persons;
d) comply with applicable legislation and the terms of this Agreement when using the Account.
5.6. The User is liable for all actions and operations carried out through their Account.
5.7. The Licensor attaches great importance to protecting the personal data of the User and of other users of the Application. Where the User gains access to the personal information or documents of other users as a result of using the Platform or interacting with other users, the User undertakes to keep such data confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
5.8. Blocking of the Account means restricting the User’s access to the functionality of the Application, as a result of which the User is unable to use the Books, the Course, and other previously available features of the Application. A separate notice of blocking need not be sent to the User, since the mere inability to use the functionality of the Application is a sufficient indication of restricted access.
5.9. Blocking of the Account may be lifted once the established blocking period has expired, the grounds for blocking have been remedied, the User has duly performed their obligations, or other requirements imposed by the Licensor have been met. The decision to unblock the Account is made by the Licensor at its own discretion.
5.10. By accepting the terms of this Offer, the User confirms and warrants that:
a) they are the lawful owner (user) of the mobile phone number, e-mail address, and bank card (other payment instrument) provided upon registration and payment;
b) they understand the risks of using another person’s data for registration and payment, and undertake to fully compensate the Licensor and/or the lawful owner of the relevant data for any losses caused as a result of the User’s use of another person’s data.
5.11. Where access to the Application has been lost, or there are grounds to believe that a third party has gained access to their Account, the User must promptly (and in any event no later than 1 (one) calendar day from the moment they became aware of this) contact the Support Service with a request to block access to their Account. The risks associated with failure to perform this obligation, including any losses incurred during that period, shall be borne by the User.
6. FUNCTIONALITY OF THE APPLICATION
6.1. The main screen of the Application displays real-time quotes for a limited list of underlying assets (in particular, selected cryptocurrencies, gold, and selected equities), the composition of which is determined by the Licensor at its own discretion and may change. The information displayed is for reference (informational) purposes only, IS NOT an offer to enter into a transaction, and may not be regarded as an individual investment recommendation.
6.2. A User who has taken out a Subscription is granted access to the Course, consisting of 20 (twenty) thematic modules in accordance with the list set out in Annex No. 1 to this Offer. The Course materials include theoretical text material and video lessons, available in English, Uzbek, Russian, and Turkish, narrated by a male and/or female voice.
6.3. As part of a paid Subscription, the User is provided, as an additional bonus, with access to a strategy based on use of the Fibonacci tool, including the 1.618 retracement/extension level (Fibonacci retracement/extension).
6.4. AI Assistant. A User who has taken out a Subscription has access to the AI Assistant integrated into the Application, which advises exclusively on matters relating to trading topics and the content of the Books and the Course. Users who have not taken out a Subscription are not given access to the AI Assistant. The AI Assistant does not provide answers or advice on matters unrelated to the aforesaid topics – by analogy with the functional limitations of other specialized artificial-intelligence-based solutions. The AI Assistant’s responses are for informational and educational purposes only, may contain inaccuracies, and do not constitute an individual investment recommendation or a guarantee of any result.
6.5. Once the User has fully completed all 20 (twenty) modules of the Course, they are granted access to the Referral Link, leading to the Partner Broker’s Telegram channel(s).
6.6. As of the date this edition of the Offer was approved, the Partner Broker is FXPro, which operates under an A-book order-execution model, i.e., one that routes clients’ orders to the real market. The choice of Partner Broker is dictated solely by this circumstance.
6.7. The Licensor independently determines which Partner Broker (one, or several at the same time) the Referral Link provided to the User leads to, and is entitled, at any time, to change, add, or remove one or more Partner Brokers and/or the referral links and channels associated with them, without prior agreement with the User. The price of the Subscription does not depend on the number of Partner Brokers and channels available to the User and shall not be changed in connection with the aforesaid circumstances.
6.8. The Licensor warrants to the User only that the recommended Partner Broker operates under the A-book model. The Licensor is not a party to any transactions carried out by the User through the Partner Broker, does not act as its agent, representative, or guarantor, and is not liable for the User’s financial result (profit or loss) arising from the use of signals, recommendations, or other information posted in the Partner Broker’s Channel and/or provided by the Partner Broker. All trading decisions are made by the User independently, voluntarily, and at their own risk; the User’s will and decisions are not, and cannot be, controlled by the Licensor.
6.9. Among Users who have fully completed the Course as part of a paid Subscription, the Licensor is entitled, at its own discretion, to hold various promotions, contests, and prize draws (including with cash and other prizes, including prop-trading accounts provided by third parties). The specific terms, procedure, timing, composition of participants, prize amounts, and manner of awarding prizes for each such promotion or prize draw are determined by separate rules approved by the Licensor and published in the Application immediately before the relevant event is held. Participation in such promotions and prize draws is not a mandatory condition of the Subscription and is not guaranteed on a permanent (regular) basis.
6.10. A prize (including a prop-trading account) following a promotion or prize draw may be provided to the winner by the Licensor or by a third party (a partner of the Licensor) on that third party’s terms. Where a prize is provided by a third party (a partner of the Licensor), the Licensor is not a party to the agreement for the provision of the relevant prize and is not liable for the terms of its use, any criteria applicable to it (where provided for), or the User’s ultimate financial result. The Licensor is entitled, at its own discretion, to change the frequency, terms, and procedure for holding promotions and prize draws, or to cancel them, by notifying Users through the Application.
6.11. Use of a provided prize (in particular, a prop-trading account) is carried out by the User on the terms of the party actually providing the relevant service (including the organizer of the prop-trading account), with which the User must familiarize themselves and which the User undertakes to comply with. The Licensor is not liable for the financial result obtained by the User in connection with the use of a provided prize. The Licensor is entitled, at its own discretion, to change the frequency, terms, and procedure for holding promotions and prize draws, or to cancel them, by notifying Users through the Application.
6.12. User Identification Number. Upon registration, each User is automatically assigned a unique identification number (ID) within the Application system, used by the Licensor for the purposes of identifying the User, recording their activity (including Course progress), and administering the Account. The identification number is a technical means of record-keeping and may not be transferred, altered at the User’s initiative, or used for purposes unrelated to the functionality of the Application.
6.12. Certificate of Course Completion. Upon the User’s full completion of all 20 (twenty) modules of the Course, the Licensor issues (provides electronically through the Application) to each such User a certificate of Course completion. The Certificate confirms only the fact that the User has reviewed the Course materials as part of the Licensor’s enlightenment activity; it is not a document of education and/or qualification of a state-established format, is not drawn up in a form established by state educational standards or state educational requirements, and does not confer on the User any officially recognized qualification, specialty, grade, category, or other professional status.
6.13. In addition to the promotions and prize draws referred to in clause 6.9 of this Offer, the Licensor is entitled, at its own discretion, to organize additional promotions and bonuses (including cash bonuses), held on a periodic, in particular monthly, basis, solely among Users who have paid for the Subscription and fully completed the entire Course. The terms of such promotions are determined by separate rules published in the Application and do not create any obligation for the Licensor unless expressly provided otherwise by such rules.
7. COMPOSITION OF THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION
7.1. The paid Subscription provides the User with the following functionality:
- access to all 20 (twenty) thematic modules of the Course in accordance with Annex No. 1;
- the ability to read the Books available as part of the Subscription;
- access to the AI Assistant within the scope of the topics set out in clause 6.4 of this Offer;
- access to the bonus strategy based on the Fibonacci tool (the 1.618 level) in accordance with clause 6.3 of this Offer;
- the assignment of a unique identification number (ID) upon registration, in accordance with clause 6.12 of this Offer;
- receipt of a certificate of Course completion in accordance with clause 6.13 of this Offer upon full completion of all modules of the Course;
- the right to participate in promotions and prize draws held by the Licensor among Users who have fully completed the Course, on the terms of clauses 6.10–6.11 of this Offer;
- access to the Referral Link and the Partner Broker’s Channel upon full completion of the Course, on the terms of clauses 6.5–6.8 of this Offer.
8. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
8.1. The current price of the Books and the Subscription plans is indicated directly in the Application at the time the User makes the relevant purchase.
8.2. The Licensor is entitled to unilaterally change the price of the Books and the Subscription plans. A change in price does not affect Users who have already paid for access before the price change – for such Users, the terms remain in effect until the end of the paid period, and the new price applies starting from the next period/purchase.
8.3. Access to the paid functionality of the Application is provided for a period of 30 (thirty) or 90 (ninety) calendar days, depending on the plan selected by the User.
8.4. The paid period of the Subscription is not suspended or extended on the grounds that the User did not manage to review all of the Course materials and/or Books within the paid period, regardless of the reason for such a situation. The Licensor is not obliged to refund money to the User and/or provide additional access time in such cases.
8.5. Payment is made by the methods available in the Application at the time payment is made (bank cards, payment systems, and other methods at the Licensor’s discretion).
8.6. Payment is accepted from bank cards and other payment instruments supporting the relevant online payment methods available in the Application. The User undertakes to maintain a sufficient balance of funds on the payment instrument used for the timely payment of the Subscription and/or Books.
8.7. Payment for the Subscription and/or Books is made through payment systems (internet-acquiring providers) integrated into the Application. Before making a payment, the User agrees to the terms of use of the relevant acquiring provider.
8.8. If the User fails to provide correct payment instrument details, or if there are insufficient funds on it at the time payment is made, the Licensor is entitled to refuse to provide the User with access to the relevant paid functionality of the Application until such circumstances are remedied.
8.9. Payment for the Subscription and/or Books is made on a prepayment (advance) basis, unless otherwise expressly indicated in the Application.
8.10. Where a payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, incorrect entry of payment instrument details, expiry of the payment instrument, or other grounds, the Licensor shall notify the User of this by means of a message in the Application.
8.11. Upon successful debiting of funds, the User is provided, in the Application, with a document (electronic receipt) confirming the payment made.
9. TERM OF THE OFFER
9.1. The Offer takes effect from the moment it is published in the Application and remains in effect until it is withdrawn by the Licensor or replaced by a new edition.
9.2. The Agreement concluded between the Licensor and the User in the manner provided for in Section 4 of this Offer remains in effect indefinitely, until the User’s Account is deleted or the Agreement is otherwise terminated on other grounds provided for in this Offer or the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10. OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
10.1. The Licensor is entitled to:
- independently determine the composition, structure, and content of the Books, the Course, and other functionality of the Application, and to change and supplement them at its own discretion;
- suspend access to the Application in order to carry out technical works, updates, and preventive measures;
- refuse to register, or block the Account of, a User who has breached the terms of this Offer, provided inaccurate data, or performed actions aimed at circumventing the technical restrictions of the Application (including the restriction referred to in clause 4.5);
- engage third parties to perform this Agreement in the manner provided for in clause 3.3 of this Offer;
- assign (transfer) its claims for recovery of debt from the User, as well as its rights and obligations under this Agreement as a whole, to any third party, without the need to obtain the User’s additional consent and without any obligation to give the User prior notice thereof;

10.2. The Licensor is obliged to:

10.3. The User is entitled to:
- use the functionality of the Application within the scope of the paid Subscription;
- contact the Support Service on matters relating to the use of the Application;

10.4. The User is obliged to:
- provide accurate data upon registration and when using the Application;
- make timely payment for the selected Subscription plan and/or individual Books;
- not use the Application for unlawful purposes, not attempt to circumvent technical restrictions (including the restriction provided for in clause 4.5), not gain unauthorized access to the materials of the Application, and not distribute them to third parties without the Licensor’s consent;
- comply with the legislation of their country of citizenship, residence, and/or actual location when using the Application and when carrying out any trading operations through the Partner Broker.
11. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
11.1. For failure to perform, or improper performance of, obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the terms of this Offer and applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11.2. The Licensor is not liable for failure to perform, or improper performance of, its obligations where this is caused by unlawful actions of the User or third parties, or by the circumstances specified in Section 15 of this Offer.
11.3. The User bears full liability for the accuracy of the data provided upon registration, as well as for all actions carried out using their Account.
11.4. Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable to the User for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or reputational, moral, or other non-material harm, arising in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application, regardless of whether the Licensor was notified of the possibility of such damages.
11.5. The User undertakes to fully compensate the Licensor for any losses, fines, and judicial and extrajudicial expenses (including legal expenses) incurred by the Licensor as a result of the User’s breach of the terms of this Offer, applicable legislation, or the rights of third parties.
11.6. The Licensor is not liable for the content, accuracy, legality, or consequences of the User’s use of materials posted by third parties (including the Partner Broker in its channel), links to which are provided to the User through the Application.
12. LIMITATION OF THE LICENSOR’S LIABILITY
12.1. The Application and all of its materials (Books, the Course, bonus strategies, AI Assistant materials, and information from the Partner Broker’s Channel) are provided solely for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute an individual investment recommendation or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
12.2. Trading in financial instruments, crypto-assets, precious metals, and other assets carries a high level of risk, including the risk of total loss of invested funds. The User acknowledges and accepts these risks independently; the Licensor does not guarantee the receipt of any income or other positive result from use of the materials of the Application.
12.3. The Licensor is not liable for any losses, lost profits, or other damage incurred by the User as a result of:
- carrying out trading operations through the Partner Broker or other third parties;
- following information posted in the Partner Broker’s Channel;
- using the recommendations of the AI Assistant;
- the actions or omissions of the Partner Broker or other third parties with whom the Licensor has no agency relationship.
12.4. The Licensor is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Application caused by technical failures, the actions of third parties (including telecommunications providers, payment systems, and app stores), or force majeure circumstances.
12.5. The Licensor is not liable for the compliance of the use of the Application and/or interaction with the Partner Broker with the legislation of the User’s country of citizenship, residence, or actual location. The User must independently assess the lawfulness of using the Application and carrying out trading operations in their jurisdiction before starting to use the Application.
12.6. The Licensor’s aggregate liability to the User under this Agreement, on any grounds and for the entire term of the Agreement, shall in all cases be limited to an amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) soums or the equivalent of 10 (ten) US dollars at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date the relevant ground for liability arises – whichever of these amounts is lower – unless otherwise mandatorily established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
12.7. The limitation established in clause 12.6 of this Offer shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation and shall extend to all possible grounds of the Licensor’s liability, including contractual liability, tortious liability, and liability on other grounds, regardless of the number and amount of claims brought by the User.
13. AGE AND TERRITORIAL RESTRICTIONS
13.1. Only a legally capable individual who has reached 18 (eighteen) years of age may be a User of the Application. By registering in the Application, a person confirms and warrants that they have reached the aforesaid age and possess full legal capacity.
13.2. The Application is available to Users worldwide without territorial restrictions, except for states, territories, and persons: (a) in respect of which international sanctions apply (including those imposed by the UN Security Council, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the European Union); (b) whose legislation expressly prohibits the dissemination of educational materials on the subject of trading in financial instruments and/or crypto-assets, or interaction with foreign brokers; (c) in respect of which restrictions are provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan; (d) in respect of which restrictions are provided for by the policy of the bank servicing the Licensor. In particular, access is restricted for persons who are residents of and/or physically located in the territory of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Republic of Cuba, and other jurisdictions included in the relevant sanctions lists.
13.3. The User warrants that their registration and use of the Application does not violate the restrictions specified in clause 13.2, or the legislation of their country of citizenship, residence, or actual location.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1. All exclusive rights to the Application, including its source code, design, trademarks, and logos, as well as to all materials posted therein (Books, Course texts and video materials, methodologies, bonus strategies, and other items), belong to the Licensor or are used by it on a lawful basis.
14.2. This Offer does not grant the User any rights to the Licensor’s intellectual property, other than a limited right to use the functionality of the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes within the scope of the paid Subscription.
14.3. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reworking, or decompiling the materials of the Application (including the Books, Course texts, video materials and methodologies, and bonus strategies), or from granting third parties access thereto, without the Licensor’s prior written consent, except in cases expressly provided for by applicable legislation.
14.4. The User is prohibited from taking screenshots and from screen-recording while using the functionality of the Application that contains the Books, Course materials, and other protected materials of the Licensor. The Application is entitled to technically restrict (block) the ability to take screenshots and screen-record in the relevant sections.
